Iris is a calm, AI-powered tool that helps you read your registered documents, draft clear communications, organise evidence, and track deadlines. Iris does not provide advice. Outputs are general information drawn from the documents you provide and the rules that apply in your region. Before taking formal action, consider speaking with a qualified professional.
Your decisions are your own
You decide what to send, when to escalate, and how to engage with other parties. Iris helps you prepare; she does not act on your behalf, represent you, or make decisions for you.
Your data is yours
You retain ownership of everything you upload and create in Iris. We process it solely to provide the service. We do not sell, share, or monetise your data. See our privacy notice for detail.
Acceptable use
Use Iris in good faith, for the purpose of resolving and recording your own scheme matters. Do not upload content that is not yours to share, attempt to extract another user's data, or use Iris to harass or threaten any person.
Account termination
You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. Closure begins a thirty-day soft-delete window during which you can sign back in to cancel. After thirty days, deletion is permanent.
Updates
When we make material changes to these terms we will let you know in-app and by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
